The service

SpaceWise is an online interior design studio. Every order is a remote design service: you describe your space and send photos or videos, and we deliver a design concept, a materials list with product links, and a step-by-step design manual as a PDF.

Orders and payment

The price for your space size is shown before checkout and charged in US dollars through Stripe when you place the order. Your order is confirmed once the payment succeeds, and a receipt is emailed to you.

If a briefing does not contain enough information to design from, we may ask you for more details, or cancel and refund the order.

What we need from you

The quality of your design depends on what you send us: clear photos or videos of the space, accurate measurements where you have them, and a description of how you want to use it. Please only upload files you have the right to share. Measurements should always be confirmed by you or your contractor before you buy anything.

Delivery in 24 hours

Your design is delivered to your project area and by email within 24 hours of a confirmed order. If we need more information from you, the 24 hours start from the moment we have what we need.

AI-assisted design

We use AI tools to produce the first version of your design, and your designer reviews and approves every design before it reaches you. Visualisations are illustrative: colour, texture, scale and finish in a rendering can differ from the real item, so the materials list is the source of truth.

Products, prices and links

We do not sell, ship or install the products in your materials list. Prices, stock and finishes are set by the suppliers and can change at any time. Some product links are affiliate links: if you buy through one, we may earn a small commission, and it never changes the price you pay.

Revisions

Every project includes one free revision round. A revision adjusts the current design; it is not a new project or a different space. Extra revision rounds are charged at the price shown before checkout, and large changes may need a new order.

Additional services

Construction management, executive detailing and private online sessions are separate services with their own prices, quotes and timelines, agreed with you before any work starts.

Refunds and cancellations

You can cancel an order for a full refund any time before your design is delivered. Once the presentation has been delivered the work is complete and the order is final, because it is a digital deliverable made to your brief. If something is not right, tell us: the included revision round is how we put it right.

Your design and our work

The delivered design is yours to use in your own project, including work you do for your own clients. We keep your files so you can return to them. Unless you ask us not to, we may show completed designs in our portfolio and on social media.

Limits of our responsibility

We provide design guidance. We do not build, install, deliver or warranty products, and we are not the seller of anything in your materials list. Work carried out by you or your contractors is your responsibility. To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Your account

If you create an account, keep your sign-in details to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has used them. You can delete your account at any time using the option in the footer of the home page.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. The version published when you place an order is the one that applies to that order, and the date of the latest update always appears at the top of this page.
