What we collect

• Account details: your name, your email address, and a password if you create an account.
• Order details: the space name and size, your description and style briefing, the photos and videos you upload, reference links, and any messages you send us.
• Payment confirmation: the amount, currency, date and receipt of your order. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach us.

How we use it

To prepare and deliver your design, to email you order confirmations, receipts and delivery notices, to handle revisions, sessions and questions, and to keep a record of what you ordered.

AI processing

Your briefing, photos and reference links are sent to AI providers such as Google and OpenAI to generate the first version of your design and the product visualisations. Those files are used only to produce your design, and every design is reviewed by your designer before it is delivered.

Who else is involved

A small number of service providers run the app for us: payments (Stripe), hosting and file storage, email delivery, and the AI providers above. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

Your files and designs

The photos and videos you upload, and the designs we create from them, are stored so you can reach them in your project area. Clients never see a design until it has been reviewed and released to them.

Emails

We email you about your order: confirmations, receipts, delivery, revisions and replies to your questions. We do not add you to marketing lists.

Cookies and local storage

We use your browser storage to keep you signed in and to remember your session. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Keeping and deleting your data

We keep your project data while your account exists so your designs stay available to you. You can ask us to delete your account and your data, or delete your account yourself using the option in the footer of the home page, and we will remove the personal information we hold about you.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Children

This service is for adults. It is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes we will publish the new version here with the date it took effect. The date of the latest update always appears at the top of this page.
